At SenseuHome.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, please email us at senseuhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged by customer misuse or modification
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
SenseuHome is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage and packaging.
We will offer:
A replacement (if available)
A partial refund
Or a full refund based on the situation
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in process and cannot be changed.
