We currently ship to:

United States (All 50 states)

Canada

Select international destinations (please contact us for confirmation)

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


2. Processing Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.


3. Shipping Time & Cost (USA)

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days Free
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days $25 (flat rate)

Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the seller.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

Delayed: Please allow a few extra days during high-volume periods.

Lost or Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Marked as Delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, building staff, or contact the carrier first.

6. Furniture Shipping Notes

For larger furniture items:

Delivery is made curbside unless otherwise specified.

In some cases, freight delivery may require a phone call to schedule delivery.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately with photo evidence.


7. Shipping Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.


8. Holiday Shipping

Please expect potential delays during holiday seasons. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
